Please read all the terms below carefully before opening an account or using any service on this platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the fa111 platform. By accessing the platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms below.

1 General Provisions

fa111 is an online betting and casino platform providing entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions ("Terms") set out in this document apply to all products, services, games, and features on the platform. References to "we", "our", or "platform" in these Terms mean fa111 and its operating team.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any special promotional terms published from time to time will also apply. These policies together form part of the complete agreement. In the event of any conflict, these main Terms will take precedence.

Any clause of these Terms may be interpreted in both Bengali and English. If any ambiguity arises from a difference between the two languages, the meaning expressed in Bengali will be considered final.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at fa111, you must provide true and accurate information. The name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details provided at registration must be genuine and verifiable. Opening an account with false or misleading information will be considered a serious violation of these Terms.

2.2 Single Account

Each person may operate only one account. If evidence is found that a single person is operating multiple accounts, all such accounts will be closed immediately and any associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access or a security breach, notify our support team immediately.

  • Use a strong password for your account.
  • Do not share your account details with anyone.
  • Report any suspicious activity immediately to [email protected].
  • If you log in from a public device, always log out after use.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

For users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account at fa111.

Users must be at least 21 years old to register and participate at fa111. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to verify your age through a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents if needed.

Until the age verification process is complete, we may limit account activity or place withdrawals on hold. If a user is found to be a minor, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned, however any bonus or winnings will be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted methods for depositing funds at fa111 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳100. The account used for deposits must be registered in your own name — depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, processing may take longer if verification is incomplete or a security review is required.

Withdrawal requests are sent only to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is to ensure financial security.

4.3 Verification

Before processing large withdrawals, we may request documents to verify your identity. This step is necessary for financial security and fraud prevention. fa111 will not be held responsible for delays caused by the verification process.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳42,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

If you claim a bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳25,000 in wagers before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

  • Each promotion's bonus may only be claimed once.
  • The time limit for meeting wagering requirements will be stated in the details of each bonus.
  • If a bonus cannot be used on certain games, this will be noted on the promotion's detail page.
  • fa111 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse is suspected.

5.3 VIP Program

The fa111 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on regular activity. Bronze tier members can earn up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver tier up to 0.7%, and Gold tier up to 1.0%. VIP benefit details may change from time to time and users will be informed accordingly.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. fa111 reserves the right to void a bet due to technical errors or incorrectly published odds. Rules for betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, or other sports can be found in detail within the relevant game section.

6.2 Disputed Results

If a dispute arises over the result of a game or event, fa111's decision will be considered final. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, the bet may be voided and the original stake returned where applicable.

6.3 Promotional Bets

Bets placed using a bonus count toward the wagering requirement, however a different contribution rate may apply for certain games or bet types. Contact support for more details.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at fa111 and constitute a serious violation of these Terms:

  • Using software or automated tools for the purpose of fraud, hacking, or gaining an unfair advantage.
  • Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses (bonus abuse).
  • Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's funds.
  • Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
  • Attempting to win unfairly by exploiting technical errors on the platform.
  • Threatening, harassing, or insulting other users.
  • Creating or operating an account using false information.

If any of the above violations are proven, the account will be permanently closed and associated balances may be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities may be notified if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

fa111 treats responsible gaming as its top priority. We are committed to the wellbeing of our users. Gaming should be a form of entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income or a solution to problems.

  • Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
  • Self-exclusion: You can request to have your account temporarily or permanently closed.

  • Suspicious activity is detected on the account.
  • Information required for verification is not provided.
  • It is required for legal or regulatory reasons.

10.2 User Rights

You may request to close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Before the account is closed, all pending wagering requirements must be met and any applicable balance must be withdrawn.

11 Limitation of Liability

fa111 is an entertainment platform. We are not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, network issues, or third-party game providers.

fa111 does not bear responsibility if a game or bet is affected by an internet disconnection, device issues, or reasons on the user's end. However, if a loss occurs due to a technical error on the platform itself, we will take reasonable steps to address it.

Gaming is a risky activity. Winning and losing are both a normal part of the game. fa111 does not provide any guarantee or accept liability for the outcome of bets.

12 Terms Changes

fa111 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified via email or a notification on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
